Every fixed-scope engagement (Brand Sprint, Growth Audit, Brand Build) ships with a written scope document and a fixed price. If we discover during the work that something extra is needed, we'll tell you and quote separately — we won't quietly inflate the invoice.
Yes, but we usually recommend a Growth Audit first. It costs less, takes 3 weeks, and gives both sides a real read on whether we're the right fit before either of us commits to a longer engagement.
Within reason. The Lite / Full / Transformation tiers are starting points. Real retainers get scoped to your business — channels covered, asset volumes, response time, team seniority. We'll quote a custom retainer after a discovery call if the standard tiers don't fit.
